Veggie Lentil Balls with Sriracha Aioli

Lentils, walnuts, mushrooms, flaxseed, onion, carrots, celery, nutritional yeast, garlic, tomato paste, parsley and thyme are combined then rolled into balls and baked. Serve with a side of our sriracha aioli. Fully cooked, three balls per serving. Heat and eat.

Lentils, onion, carrots, celery, garlic, thyme, tomatoes, mushrooms, whole oats, flaxseed, nutritional yeast, parsley, walnuts, tomato paste, sriracha sauce, veganaise.

Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw before cooking. Fully cooked.

 

TO HEAT:

Oven – remove plastic lid, and bake uncovered in a pre-heated 350˚ oven for 20 mins or until 165˚. Serve with aioli.

 

Microwave – Remove plastic lid. Microwave on high for about 1 minute. Aluminum pan can be microwaved. Serve with aioli.
