Every scrap of organic waste is composted. Peels, trimmings, coffee grounds, none of it reaches the landfill.
We recycle all paper, cardboard, packaging and plastics. Almost everything we throw out is composted or recycled, so the landfill gets one small bag.
Paper containers without staples, 100% aluminum microwaveable tins and recyclable plastic lids.
We buy local and organically grown ingredients whenever we can, and we pay close attention to where the rest comes from.
We take all the small steps we can to change our business practices for the better. We’re always looking for ways to improve, because small steps add up.
