Fresh chicken breasts are poached, shredded, mixed with our tomatillo salsa verde, then rolled in flour tortillas and topped with more tomatillo salsa verde and mozzarella cheese. 2 enchiladas per serving. Heat and eat.
Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw before cooking.
Remove lid and cover with foil. Bake in preheated 350˚ oven for 30 to 35 minutes, or until internal temperature is 165˚.
