Our flaky pastry made with beef tallow and unsalted butter is wrapped around a mixture of sweet potatoes, locally made chorizo sausage and chopped onions. Fully baked with two empanadas per serving. Ready to heat and eat.

Fully cooked and ready to heat and eat. Oven: Place empanadas on baking sheet in preheated 350˚ oven for 10 to 15 minutes. Microwave: 30 to 45 seconds or until heated through.
