Beef and Black Bean Enchiladas with Red Sauce


Local ground chuck is browned and mixed with black beans, red and green peppers, onions, garlic, corn, and cilantro then rolled into flour tortillas. Topped with our red sauce and mozzarella cheese. Two enchiladas per serving. Ready to bake. Can be microwaved.

Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw before cooking. Remove lid and cover with foil. Bake in preheated 350˚ oven for 30 to 35 minutes, or until heated through and cheese is melted. Add your own amoungt of hot sauce if desired.
