Salmon Cakes with Lemon Garlic Aioli

Salmon, red pepper, and green onions are diced and mixed with egg, panko bread crumbs, fresh dill and lemon. Ready to cook and top with our lemon garlic aioli. Two cakes per serving.
Salmon, green onion, red pepper, egg, panko bread crumbs, AP flour, lemon juice, dill, lite mayonnaise, garlic, dijon mustard.
Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw before cooking.
Lightly oil a fry pan and gently fry cakes over medium heat for 4 to 5 minutes per side – until browned, and salmon is opaque. Serve salmon cakes with a dollop of our aioli.
