Roasted summer vegetables – eggplant, squash, zuchini, tomatoes, mushrooms – garlic, rosemary, and balsamic vinegar are layered over our parmesan polenta then topped with mozzarella cheese. Fully cooked and ready to heat in the oven or microwave.
