Meatballs in Mexican Tomatillo Sauce

Local ground beef and pork are mixed with onions, panko bread crumbs, eggs, milk, cilantro and oregano, and rolled into balls, then baked and topped with our Tomatillo Sauce. Fully cooked, 3 meatballs per serving. Heat and eat.

Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw before cooking.

 

Microwave: Remove plastic lid, and place aluminum tin in microwave. Heat for 1 minute on high, or until desired temperature.

 

Oven: Pre-heat oven to 375˚. Remove plastic lid and cover pan with aluminum foil. Bake for 15 – 25  minutes or meatballs reach 165˚.
