Our flaky butter crust is filled with eggs, cream, roasted corn, roasted poblano chilis, and roasted red peppers, then baked. Fully cooked just heat and eat.

Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw before cooking.

Fully cooked.
To heat: Bring quiche to room temperature. Preheat oven to 350˚. Remove plastic lid and cover quiche loosley with foil. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until 160˚. Salt and pepper to taste.

Quiche can be served at room temperature or hot.
