Pork Chop with Cuban Rub and Side of Sweet Potatoes

Locally raised bone-in pork chop is rubbed with our Cuban spice blend of sweet paprika, fine ground coffee beans and brown sugar. Grill, broil or pan fry and serve with our whipped sweet potatoes.

Local bone-in pork chop, ancho chili powder, coffee, paprika, brown sugar, dry mustard, sea salt, black pepper, oregano, coriander, ginger, chili powder, sweet potatoes, unsalted butter, 1/2 & 1/2 cream, olive oil.

Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw before cooking.

Bake uncovered in a preheated 400˚ oven for 20 to 25 minutes, turning once, or until pork reaches 155˚. Do not over cook pork. Can be grilled or broiled. Heat sweet potatoes in microwave safe dish for 1 minute intervals until desired temprature.
