This is an incredibly light and fresh salad. Fresh chopped kale, nutritional yeast, toasted pecans, lemon zest and sundried tomatoes are dressed with fresh lemon, extra virgin olive oil and a little salt. Perfect alone, or combined with some of our Quinoa Tabbouleah. A pound of this salad is alot of salad.
