Roasted Vegetables

We trim brussels sprouts, sweet potatoes, carrots, turnips and parsnips – toss them in olive oil and salt & pepper, then roast them.  As a side dish these root vegetables are great. They also can be added to soups, stews, bowls – whatever you have on hand that needs a little earthy goodness.

Brussels sprouts, sweet potatoes, carrots, turnips, parsnips, olive oil, sea salt and black pepper.

Fully cooked. Keep refrigerated.

Heat in the microwave, in a microwave safe container, for 1 – 2 mins on high.

Heat on the stove top over medium heat, in a covered pan with a little olive oil, about 5 mins or until heated through.

Place on a lightly oiled cookie sheet. Heat in a pre-heated 350˚ oven for 5 to 10 mins or until heated through.
