Fresh, local, ground chuck is browned with onion, carrots, celery, Worcestershire sauce and beef stock, then topped with mashed russet potatoes with unsalted butter and finished with white cheddar. Bake.
Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw before cooking.
Remove plastic lid and bake in a preheated 350˚ oven for 35 – 40 minutes.
