Fresh, skin-on, boneless chicken thighs are marinated in garlic, orange juice, orange marmalade, fresh cilantro, Bragg’s, olive oil and red pepper flakes. Bake or grill.

Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw before cooking.
Empty contents of bag into baking pan. Bake uncovered in preheated 400˚ oven for 30 to 35 minutes, or until internal temperature of chicken is 165˚. Serve with cooked marinade.

To grill: Remove chicken from package and discard marinade. Grill over medium heat until internal temperature of chicken is 165˚ and skin is crispy.
Note: Marinade can be used as a sauce but must be boiled first.
