Roasted Vegetables

We clean and cut winter vegetables – brussels sprouts, sweet potatoes, carrots, turnips and parsnips – toss them in olive oil and salt & pepper, then roast them.  These ccan be used as a side dish, an addition to a soup or stew, or the finish to a pot roast. Fully cooked just heat and eat.

Fully cooked. Keep refrigerated.

Heat in the microwave, in a microwave safe container, for 1 – 2 mins on high.

Heat on the stove top over medium heat, in a covered pan with a little olive oil, about 5 mins or until heated through.

Place on a lightly oiled cookie sheet. Heat in a pre-heated 350˚ oven for 15 – 20 mins or until heated through.

Brussels sprouts, sweet potatoes, carrots, turnips, parsnips, olive oil, sea salt and black pepper.
