Local ground chuck is browned and mixed with onions, tomatos, raisins, kalamata olives, and spices then wrapped in flour tortillas, topped with our enchiladas sauce and mozzarella cheese. Two enchiladas per serving. Ready to bake.
Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw before cooking.
Remove lid and cover with foil. Bake in preheated 350˚ oven for 30 to 35 minutes, or until heated through and lightly browned.
